MOSCOW, August 16 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court on Monday upheld a lower court’s ruling ordering Lyubov Sobol, an associate of Alexey Navalny, to pay businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin 500,000 rubles (about $7,000) for defamation, the court’s press service told RAPSI.

Sobol is also obliged to delete and refute untrue statements.

Prigozhin filed a defamation lawsuit against Sobol after a publication of the information agency Znak in which the woman accused the businessman of involvement in children’s food intoxication and insulted him.
