MOSCOW, March 14 - RAPSI. Experts involved in developing the social-economic strategy of Russia until 2020 (Strategy 2020) submitted a report proposing a number of measures aimed to improve the business climate in Russia.

They recommend, in particular, prohibiting the law enforcement authorities from putting pressure on business. They also recommend enacting the law on "the recovery of lost control over the company" as an additional measure to protect businessmens rights during corporate conflict.

Besides, experts stand for limiting state bodies control over businesses.

The authors of the Strategy 2020 also speak for the creation of incentives to improve business environment by regional and local authorities and the improvement of investment climate in the regions.

They also believe it is important to increase the punishment for bribery.
