MOSCOW, October 26 - RAPSI. Experts and State Duma deputies will discuss a Supreme Court draft law that aims to provide additional details to the article on fraud in the Criminal Code during the parliamentary hearings on November 7, State Duma Legislative Committee head Pavel Krasheninnikov told RIA Novosti on Friday.
He said the committee decided to create a working group to improve the document by the second reading.
Krasheninnikov said the group includes members of the presidential administration and the government, State Duma deputies, regional heads, and representatives of the law enforcement authorities, businesses and NGOs.
The draft law was submitted to the State Duma on April 11 and adopted in the first reading on October 23. It proposes amending the Criminal Code article on fraud by providing details on making and receiving payments, credit card and investment fraud, and insurance and computer information fraud.
