MOSCOW, September 10 (RAPSI) – Russian government has submitted to the State Duma a bill on improvement of control over state procurement.

According to the bill, control bodies will oversee clients, contract services, contract managers, procurement commissions and other parties.

Authors of the bill propose prohibiting controlling bodies from performing procurement centralization functions to lower corruption risks. Efficiency of these bodies will be evaluated in order established by the government.
