MOSCOW, June 5 (RAPSI) – Russian government has approved a new concept of the Code on Administrative Offenses, according to the information published on the Cabinet of Ministers’ website.
The Code’s concept envisages dividing of administrative legislation into substantive and procedural law. The document is aimed at improvement of a case consideration procedure and assurance of proportionality in sentencing, the statement reads.
The new concept of Russia’s Code on Administrative Offenses was submitted to the government by the Justice Ministry on June 1.
