MOSCOW, September 3 (RAPSI) – Russian government has approved a law enforcement monitoring plan for 2020, according to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The monitoring of law enforcement envisages collection, consolidation, analysis and evaluation of information for adopting, amending or revocation of federal, regional and municipal statutes and regulations.
The monitoring plan has been developed by the Justice Ministry taking into consideration proposals by federal executive authorities, state governments and Russia’s Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to the plan, law enforcement will be monitored in such fields as major repair of common property in apartment buildings; use, protection and regeneration of forests; prevention of juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness; countering anticompetitive agreements; customs regulation
The adopted decision is to improve the Russian legal system, the statement reads.
