MOSCOW, July 20 (RAPSI) – President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a bill on the National Guard oath into law, according to the official website of legal information.

The order of administering the oath is to be determined by the Federal National Guard Troops Service. The document is drafted to eliminate existing conflict of law.

The law amends the Law on the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.

Previously, military and law enforcement services included the oath, except the National Guard.

The State Duma adopted the initiative on July 7; the Federation Council approved it on July 15.
