MOSCOW, February 19 (RAPSI) – Russia’s Justice Ministry has developed a draft of a Presidential executive order empowering the body to maintain the register of unregistered nongovernmental associations and individuals performing functions of foreign agents.

The draft document defines specific powers of the Ministry as to the maintaining of the register, as well as procedures, under which unincorporated nongovernmental associations are to present information on receipts of monetary and other assets from abroad and of their participation in political activities within the Russian Federation, the press service of the Justice Ministry informs.

The draft order also envisages the development of the report forms to be used by nongovernmental associations put on the register and the application form as to removal from the register.
