MOSCOW, April 15 (RAPSI) – State Duma lawmakers Vitaly Milonov and Vladimir Afonsky have submitted a bill increasing fines for advertising online retail sale of alcohol to 500,000 rubles ($6,500) to the lower house of parliament.

Amendments are proposed to the Russian Code on Administrative Offences.

Currently, maximum fine for such violations are estimated at 300,000 rubles, an explanatory note to the initiative reads.
