MOSCOW, April 27 (RAPSI) – Russia’s Child Rights Commissioner Anna Kuznetsova believes a bill prohibiting surrogacy services for foreigners will be adopted.

The document is pending in the State Duma.

There were many problems in 2020, the pandemic year, including provision of surrogacy maternity for foreign citizens, Kuznetsova stated on Tuesday.

Transfer of Russian children to destination unknown is to be stopped, she added.
