MOSCOW, July 26 (RAPSI) – Russia’s Child Rights Commissioner Anna Kuznetsova stresses that complex support measures must be applied to all categories of families with children.

She has proposed to develop measures for young families, families having children with developmental delays, families with many children and others, the United Russia party’s Telegram channel quotes Kuznetsova as having said.

The package of measures is to amend existing initiatives, including paid maternity leave for grandfathers and grandmothers, she states.
