MOSCOW, August 17 (RAPSI) – The Cabinet of Ministers ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin extends concessional family mortgage until late 2023.

The program was to finish in nearly 1.5 years, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin reminded on Tuesday. Now, it is extended. Moreover, it will be applied not only to families with two or more children but also to families where a first-born baby appeared, he stated.

According to the government’s head, young families will have an opportunity to buy their own flat or separate house at the rate of 6 per cent per annum.
