MOSCOW, October 21 - RAPSI. Russia and France may sign a bilateral adoption agreement on November 18 during the summit meeting of the Russian-French committee for mutual cooperation, the Education Ministry told RIA Novosti on Friday.
"The agreement has been prepared, agreed with France and introduced to the federal government. The government reviewed it on October 13 and decided to sign it. It is quite possible the adoption agreement will be signed on November 18 during the 16th summit meeting of the Russian-French committee for mutual cooperation," the ministry said.
