MOSCOW, June 22 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court will hold an expert examination under DataTsentrs lawsuit to recover $109,000 from the communications watchdog, the court reported on Friday.
The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, IT and Mass Medias claims to recover 960,000 rubles ($28,656) from DataTsentr will also be considered in the proceedings.
On Friday, the court compiled the questions for the experts. They will determine whether or not the watchdogs monitoring system developed by DataTsentr corresponds with a state contract. The court has also established questions about the volume and the cost of the work done by the company.
The court will now send inquiries to the expert institutions proposed by the parties. On the basis of their replies, the court will choose on July 30 the organization that will hold the examination.
The institution initially announced the auction to develop the monitoring system. DataTsentr won the auction. However, as reported earlier, the proposed system was not approved by the agency. Later, the service asked DataTsentr to return the funds transferred under the state contract.
According to DataTsentr, the customer refuses to accept the works without grounds. The company demands that the remaining amount under the contract be paid.
