MOSCOW, September 27 (RAPSI) – A 23-year old curator of a Group of Death on a social network has been arrested on suspicion of inducement of children to suicide, Russia’s Interior Ministry’s reported Wednesday.

According to investigators, the suspect chatted with a 14-year girl on a social network and pushed her for committing suicide by giving certain instructions and creating traumatic situations, the Interior Ministry’s spokesperson Irina Volk said.

The suspected resident of Volgograd has been put in detention. During searches conducted at his premises, police seized computers, cellphones and flash cards confirming his implication in a crime.

A criminal case was opened over attempted incitement to suicide.
