VLADIVOSTOK, September 25 (RAPSI) – Russian Supreme Court’s chairman Vyacheslav Lebedev stated during the opening of the International Legal Forum in Vladivostok that there is a possibility of establishing a special arbitration court for disputes related to the Asian and Pacific Rim countries.
According to Lebedev, in addition to the discussion related to the court itself, there is also an ongoing work on the formulation of legal positions that facilitate the improvement of arbitration proceedings.
The International Legal Forum of Asia-Pacific Rim states under the aegis of the Supreme Court of Russia began its work in Vladivostok on Tuesday. This year the key theme of the jubilee forum is formulated as "National justice and economic development of states: new challenges in the era of change".
