MOSCOW, October 31 (RAPSI) – A criminal case was launched following explosion in the Federal Security Service’s building in the Arkhangelsk region on Wednesday, the press-service of the Investigative Committee of Russia reports.

The case is classified as a terror attack and unlawful possession of ammunition.

According to investigators, on October 31, a 17-year-old local resident brought a self-made device into the building. The device exploded and left the resident dead, while three FSB employees got injured. The Investigative Committee has already identified the deceased. Questioning of witnesses and indispensable examinations are ongoing.
