MOSCOW, December 3 (RAPSI) – Vietnamese authorities on Monday extradited Russian national Ksenia Turets-Afuda charged with drug dealing, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported on its website.

According to investigators, the woman, being a gang member since 2011, was engaged in the search of drug sales channels and regular buyers as well as in dealing of drugs directly.

Several criminal group members have been arrested after a last attempt to sale a large consignment of drugs. Turets-Afuda has managed to abscond, and she has been put on the wanted list.

In June 2018, her location was established, and Russia’s Prosecutor General’s Office sent an extradition request to Vietnam. In November, the request was granted.
