MOSCOW, September 5 (RAPSI) – Children’s rights commissioner Anna Kuznetsova is establishing the circumstances of alleged kidnapping of a 5-year-old Russian by social services in Italy, the ombudsman’s press service reports Thursday.

She has already forwarded a relevant request concerning the problem to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the statement reads.

As reported earlier, a boy’s mother believes that child protection services took her son when found out about her intention to go back to Russia with him.
