MOSCOW, December 3 (RAPSI) – Experts of a working group of the office of business ombudsman Boris Titov have pushed an idea to increase the list of illnesses impeding detention of defendants, Titov’s press service reports.
The business rights advocates have proposed to amend the government’s decree of 14 January 2011 on medical examination of suspected and accused persons.
According to the civil ombudsman for protection of detained businesspersons’ rights Alexander Khurudzhi, the business ombudsman office’s working group including lawyers, penitentiary doctors, Health Ministry specialists are working on the document and are expected to complete it in 2020.
