MOSCOW, December 6 (RAPSI) – Rules of entrance to Russian courts, including possible ban on certain clothes, would be drafted not earlier than in May 2020, Chairman of the Council of Judges Viсtor Momotov told RAPSI on Friday.
According to Momotov, during the meeting of the Council, experts proposed prohibition of attendance of hearings in clothes with insulting signs or calls for certain activities, but the matter is still under discussion.
He believes that such questions as inscription on clothes or photo- and video recording in court halls must be regulated. However, there are controversial proposals, and a final version of these rules has not been yet drafted. They are expected to be approved in May 2020, Momotov said.
