MOSCOW, December 9 (RAPSI) – Russia’s Civic Chamber and Serbia’s Social and Economic Council on Monday signed the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation, RAPSI reports from the ground.

The Memorandum’s goal is closer cooperation in the development of the countries’ civic institutions.

The document was signed by the Civic Chamber’s Secretary Lydia Mikheyeva and Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs of Serbia Zoran Djordjevic.
