MOSCOW, September 1 (RAPSI) – The Russian Rights Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova said she was ready to turn to U.S. authorities in order to protect rights of detained Russian national Yegor Kryuchkov when giving a lecture to students of the Russian State University of Justice.

Moskalkova is to seek that confinement conditions and applied procedures answered international regulations and standards.

The Russian national was arrested in Los Angeles on charges of conspiracy aimed at committing a cybercrime.
