MOSCOW, April 26 (RAPSI) – The Office of Russia’s High Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova has received 103 notary related complaints since 2018, the Ombudsman has stated on her social media page.
According to Moskalkova, the notaryship is important and highly sought legal system institute of the state and one of the guarantors of protection of human rights and interests, provision of the economic activity stability.
Mostly, notarial applications include complaints about illegal actions of notaries during the execution of such documents as gift agreements, proxy notices relating to apartments, accession to the heirship, rejections of committing certain notarial acts, the Ombudsman says.
Her Office works on the solving of problems in cooperation with the Federal Notarial Chamber.
