MOSCOW, July 15 (RAPSI) — Moscow prosecutor's office has opened a criminal case after fake vaccination certificates were filed in order to obtain QR codes needed for entry into restaurants and bars.

An as-yet unidentified person acquired knowingly false certificates of vaccination and in the period from June 25 to July 7, 2021, in order to receive QR codes for visiting public places, uploaded them to the online state services portal, according to the statement.
