MOSCOW, July 16 (RAPSI) — Moscow authorities are canceling the system of QR codes proving full vaccination for visiting restaurants and cafes from July 19, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said.
Due to an improvement of the situation and the good dynamics of vaccination, the city authorities have made a number of serious decisions; thus, since July 19, the mandatory QR codes in public catering are to be canceled" Sobyanin said.
According to the Mayor, the main indicators of morbidity have been improving for about a month.
The number of people diagnosed with COVID every day has almost halved. The number of hospitalizations has decreased by a third, Sobyanin observed.
