MOSCOW, July 28 (RAPSI) – Starting this year, Russia’s High Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova received 27,407 applications from citizens.

According to the Ombudsman’s press service, people send applications via mail, online receiving office, telephone hot line and social networks.

Currently, 2,846 complaints are in process, the statement reads.
