MOSCOW, October 4 (RAPSI) - Russia’s Federal Ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova has received over 11,000 hotline calls since the start of the year, according to her press service.
Mostly, the complaints filed are related to the protection of labor and housing rights and health protection. People object to court rulings and complain about violations of pension insurance and social support, the statement reads.
In September, the ombudsman reported more than 10,000 hotline calls.
