ST. PETERSBURG, June 29 (RAPSI) – Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, speaking at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum on Wednesday, proposed establishing a special tribunal in the context of the crimes of the Kiev authorities.
The proposed tribunal should be international. It may include representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), BRICS and Commonwealth of Independent States, the Committee’s head added.
The 10th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum started on June 28. It is held by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The mission of the Forum is to promote ways of modernizing law in light of the changes taking place around the globe today, according to its official website.
