MOSCOW, July 15 (RAPSI) – Russia and the Lugansk People’s Republic will foster the efforts to create a common legal framework, the LPR head Leonid Pasechnik has announced on his Telegram channel.
According to Pasechnik, interstate parliamentary working groups consisting of representatives of the main specialized parliamentary committees are already being created. They will develop bills, he stated.
