ArcelorMittal loses to Senegal in ICC arbitration proceedings

Steel and mining giant ArcelorMittal released a statement Wednesday acknowledging that it had lost to Senegal in arbitration proceedings centering on a 2007 iron ore mining and infrastructure agreement gone bad.
