Russia’s Civic Chamber, human rights body, charity fund to cooperate on marrow donor issue

The Presidential Council for Human Rights, the Civic Chamber, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and Rusfond charity fund on Wednesday signed a memorandum on coincidence of wants in marrow donorship.
