Investigators have lodged a plea to place executive director of the Bank Trust Mikhail Khabarov detained in a case over 900 million-ruble embezzlement under house arrest. The Basmanny District Court of Moscow would hear the petition on November 2, RAPSI was told in the court’s press servoice on Thursday.
