Prosecutors insist on detention of higher institution rector involved in embezzlement case

The Moscow Prosecutor’s Office filed an appeal seeking to overturn a court ruling dismissing a detention plea and ordering the rector of the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (Shaninka) Sergey Zuyev to be put under house arrest in a 21-million-ruble (about $300,000) embezzlement case.
