Case of Rusaviainvest sanctioned by US stuck in limbo in court

Lawyers are studying the situation with the Rusaviainvest case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, which for more than a year has showed no sign of progress due to the problem of accessing classified information because of the pandemic.
