Russian fined $200 for failing to undergo COVID-19 test after returning from Tanzania

A court in Russia’s Kemerovo Region has fined a local resident 15,000 rubles (about $200) for the failure to comply with the requirement to pass the coronavirus test after arriving from Tanzania.
