Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on information relating to debtors and collectors. The law establishes that facts pertaining to the activities of persons employed by creditors to recover debts (collectors) are to be listed in the Unified Federal Register of Data on Certain Facts of Activity of Legal Entities.
