MOSCOW, July 20 - RAPSI. Russia's major mineral fertilizer manufacturer Acron and Fosagro's subsidiary Apatit have resolved their dispute on apatite concentrate supply out of court, their joint press release reads.

During the last hearing on July 16, a company representative said that the parties were holding talks on the possibility to settle the dispute out of court.

Acron's lawsuit sought to recognize that an apatite concentrate supply contract signed on December 28, 2006 was concluded with the sales price of 3,671 rubles ($115.24) per tonne of concentrate as of 2012.

As a result of Acron's suit, the Moscow Commercial Court prohibited Apatit from reducing the volume of apatite concentrate supplied to Acron before the dispute was heard on its merits.

Apatit then filed an appeal on this provisional remedy. At the same time, the company announced it was executing the court ruling and supplying the concentrate according to the volume agreed.

As of late 2011, a 52 percent stake in Acron was controlled by Cyprus-based offshore companies. A 19.78 percent stake in the company belongs to the Russian Acronagroservice.

Apatit is Russia's largest apatite concentrate manufacturer.

Its owners include Lacerta Holdings, holding a 6.9 percent stake in its ordinary shares, and the Federal Agency for State Property Management, which has with a 20 percent stake in the charter capital.
