MOSCOW, November 14 - RAPSI. A court fined Corporation GREEN $1.97 million, whose director Dmitry Dobrynin is involved in the case of former Tula Governor Vyacheslav Dudka accused of taking a large-scale bribe, the prosecutor's office reported on Saturday.
Investigators said Dudka along with Viktor Volkov, the head of the Tula Regional Property and Land Department, granted a 2.5 hectare land plot to a company for the construction of a superstore in exchange for a 40 million ruble ($1.3 million) bribe in spring 2010.
The administrative violation case was initiated against the enterprise on October 13.
The court fined Corporation GREEN 60 million rubles ($1.97 million) and confiscated 40 million rubles ($1.318 million) in bribe, the court's press release reads.
