MOSCOW, September 16 - RAPSI. The court held against a lawsuit filed by a renowned whistleblower against the antimonopoly watchdog, his lawyer told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).
Renowned blogger Alexey Navalny sued the antimonopoly watchdog for inaction after the Regional Development Ministry allegedly held an illegal bid.
The Regional Development Ministry held a bid in April to develop a state information system for territorial planning, Navalny's representative earlier told RAPSI.
According to the whistleblower, the bid documentation does not allow for aligning the performed work with the customer's needs.
Navalny's lawyer said she does not know why the court dismissed the lawsuit, as the court has yet to explain its ruling.
Navalny sought the court order to cancel the bid and terminate the contract that the ministry signed with the bid winner.
