MOSCOW, December 1 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. A commercial court has postponed until December 12 the hearing of the MDM Bank's lawsuit against Peresvet companies for $15.9 million, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reports from the courtroom.

The defendants are Peresvet-Invest, the borrower, and the other companies, which acted as the guarantors under the loan.

Earlier the Moscow Commercial Court postponed until January 17 the hearing of MDM lawsuit to recover another $22.025 million from Peresvet companies.
On April 19 the same court awarded $55.943 million to MDM Bank from Peresvet Group.

Peresvet's parent company Peresvet-Invest was established in 1995 as a real estate agency. At present its portfolio contains implemented and currently developed projects for about 1.8 million square meters of floor area in Moscow and other regions.
