MOSCOW, December 23 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A court has adjourned until February 24 its hearing of a lawsuit filed by Nemiroff, Ukraine's largest alcohol producer, to invalidate the resolution of Nemiroff Trade House shareholders' meeting on replacing its general director, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reported on Friday.

Nemiroff Trade House distributes Nemiroff's products in Russia.

Nemiroff Trade House shareholder Alexander Glus, who owns 25-percent interest plus two shares in Nemiroff Holding, is presently in conflict with the rest of the shareholders, specifically Yakov Gribov, who owns a 20-percent stake. The conflict began after the parties failed to agree on the price and terms of the company's acquisition by the Russian Standard holding company.

The parties are now suing each other in the courts of Russia, Ukraine and Cyprus. Ukrainian Nemiroff vodka producer filed several lawsuits with the Moscow Commercial Court seeking to challenge the decisions made by Nemiroff Trade House.

Nemiroff Holdings Limited comprises Nemiroff production company (includes three distilleries in the town of Nemiroff, Ukraine), a management company, Alco Invest subsidiary, offices in Russia and Poland as well as Nemiroff International with headquarters in Budapest, Hungary.
