MOSCOW, February 6 - RAPSI. A commercial court has postponed until March 30 its hearing of a power infrastructure developer's lawsuit to recover $37.6 million from its subcontractor EnergoStroyEngineering, the court told the Russian Legal Information agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).
The Moscow Commercial Court has not specified the subject in dispute, but said the session was delayed to allow the parties time to "settle the dispute."
Rusengineering brought its action on October 27.
Rusengineering is a group of companies implementing complex projects in power grid infrastructure design, construction and maintenance. It is a primary contractor of the Federal Network Company of Russia's Unified Energy System.
