MOSCOW, February 14 - RAPSI. A commercial court recovered $31.364 million in credit debt from the SU-15 construction company in favor of Nordea Bank, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reported from the court on Tuesday.

SU-155 has been operating on the Russian construction sector for over 50 years. It comprises more than 150 independent organizations, including 28 industrial enterprises in 17 cities.

Nordea Bank is a universal bank extending banking services to individuals and legal bodies. The Scandinavian Nordea group owns a 100-percent stake in the bank.

Nordea Bank seeks to recover its loan extended in June 2007 and have execution levied on the pledged property.

The recovered debt includes $28.799 million in loans granted in June 2007, as well as interests and penalties.

SU-155 representatives told RAPSI that it does not agree with the commercial court's decision and will appeal it in the duly order.

To pay the debt, the Moscow Commercial Court has levied execution on the property pledged under credit. The property belongs to the co-defendants in the lawsuit: Fast, Sputnik, Impex Group, Alfastroydesign and Administrativny Servis.

During the hearing on Tuesday, the judge dismissed SU-155's application to hold a legal expertise to assess the pledged property.

The bank required the premature payment of the debt, as SU-155 stopped paying interest, and did not maintain floating assets at the account at a certain level.
