ST.PETERSBURG, February 29 - RAPSI. The St. Petersburg and Leningrad Regional Commercial Court will hear on March 26 a petition filed by several creditors of the Baltiysky Zavod shipbuilder to include their claims amounting to a total of $102.6 million in the creditors' list, the Supreme Commercial Court reported on its web site.
The court is expected to hear two claims filed by the Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk and St. Petersburg-based Znamya Truda plant for 2.65 billion rubles ($91.5 million) and 323.29 million ($11.1 million), respectively.
The court will hear on March 5 Sberbank's petition to include its 45 million ruble ($1.5 million) claim into the creditors' list. The bank earlier said it might increase the claim.
Baltiysky Zavod builds icebreakers, naval and large-capacity cargo ships. It also manufactures engineering products and energy equipment and supplies nonferrous and core-mold castings.
