MOSCOW, March 15 - RAPSI. The Supreme Commercial Court has rejected another request filed by Elena Baturina to review her defamation lawsuit against the NTV channel. Baturina is the wife of former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov and a co-founder of the Inteco development company.

Baturina sought to refute a statement broadcasted by the channel that her company sold a land plot at an inflated price during the financial crisis with the Moscow government's assistance.

The Moscow Commercial Court dismissed the action on March 23 and the appeals court upheld its judgment in June. The cassation court held in favor of the lower courts' decisions on September 12.
