MOSCOW, June 7 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court will hear on August 14 the Domodedovo Airport Commercial Agency's $10.7 million claim against the Vnukovo Airport for debt owed by Domodedovo Airlines, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

Vnukovo was a guarantor for the airline's debt.

The dispute stems from the AiRUnion alliance's bankruptcy in 2008. It comprised several airlines, namely, KrasAir, Domodedovo Airlines, Samara, Omskavia and Sibaviatrans.

The Domodedovo airport served as AiRUnion's hub. However, the airport refused to serve its airlines due to its growing debt.

Vnukovo acted as a guarantor for the airlines' debt during their transfer from the Domodedovo Airport to Vnukovo. Domodedovo now seeks to recover a 352 million ruble debt from the guarantor for ground services for Domodedovo Airlines.

This is the third round of litigation in the trial court.

The Moscow District Federal Commercial Court earlier remanded the case for reconsideration after canceling previous judgments in the dispute.
