MOSCOW, July 16 - RAPSI. The Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals rescheduled its hearing of the Livenskaya candy factory's appeal against the registration of the Yubileinoye trademark for Kraft Foods, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency on Monday.
The court will hear the appeal on July 18.
The hearing was initially scheduled for July 12, but it was adjourned then.
In September 2011, the patent agency ruled against the factory's complaint on the trademark's registration for the Bolshevik company, in which Kraft Foods owns a controlling stake.
The Moscow Commercial Court upheld the patent agency's conclusion in April.
