MOSCOW, July 18 - RAPSI. The Korolyov City Court will hear on July 20, 26 and August 7 former presidential candidate Mikhail Prokhorov's lawsuits on violations committed during the elections, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Wednesday.
Prokhorov claims that three election commissions in Korolyov committed such violations.
The court said Prokhorov has submitted statements of claims seeking to invalidate the actions of two precinct election commissions.
They allegedly violated the rules for packing and storing ballots when finalizing the election results, and also supposedly compiled fraudulent voter lists.
Prokhorov seeks to cancel the third commission's voting results and to recount the votes.
