MOSCOW, August 6 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. The Moscow Commercial Court will consider on September 7 the validity of an application by Cheboksary Air Enterprise to recognize the Moscow RusLine airline bankrupt, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

The Federal Agency for Air Transport reported in June that RusLine was one of the most unpunctual companies according to figures for May 2012. A total of 9.15 percent of all of its flights (1,235) were delayed.

RusLine is a Russian airline offering both domestic and international regular and charter flights. The companys fleet is made up of 15 Canadian Bombardier CRJ200 aircrafts and 4 Embraer 120 planes.
